Inspired by the worn beauty of fresco wall fragments, the painting was intentionally composed to resemble a salvaged wall segment, as if lifted from an ancient chapel and carefully preserved.

Mixed paints and media used on plaster, wood and gold leaf. Securely glued, and sealed.
